Refunds and cancellation
- Cooling-off: you may cancel a new licence within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, in line with UK consumer law for digital content. Contact us or use Paddle's receipt link — Paddle process the refund as seller of record.
- Renewals: you can cancel auto-renewal at any time before your renewal date; your licence then runs to the end of the paid period plus the 14-day grace window. Renewal reminders come from Paddle.
- Faults: if a licensed tool is genuinely faulty and we can't put it right, you're entitled to the appropriate refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
